First Realty Management Adds 1010 Memorial Drive to Portfolio

First Realty Management has begun providing on-site management services at 1010 Memorial Drive, an 83-unit, high-rise co-operative residential community in Cambridge. Built in 1964, the iconic building overlooks a bend in the Charles River near the Elliott Street Bridge, one of the most popular viewing spots for the world famous Head of the Charles Rowing Regatta held on the river every October.
The main entrance to the 21-story building is on Mount Auburn Street. The property sits adjacent to Mount Auburn Hospital. Amenities include 24-hour concierge services, underground parking, common area community room meeting space, additional off-site parking and storage, and an outdoor garden area.
The nine-member board sought a new management service provider beginning in mid-2023 after being notified of the planned retirement of their long-time management company which cared for the property for more than 20 years.
