First Realty Youths are National Winners in 2015 NAHMA Calendar Contest!

2015 NAHMA National Winner for Art and Poster Contest for the 2016 NAHMA Calendar

We are proud to announce that three posters submitted by youths at First Realty managed properties have been selected as national winners by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) in the 2015 NAHMA Drug-Free Kid Calendar Contest!

The three posters were part of a group of six posters from First Realty residents that were selected as regional winners by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA). The posters will be featured in NAHMA’s 2016 calendar. Their posters were selected from a field of over 5,000 entries!

The contest, in its 29th year, invites children, elderly/disabled & special needs residents who live in a family community of a NAHMA member company to submit artwork to their local Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) member company for consideration for use in the NAHMA national calendar. The theme for the 2015 contest is titled, Our Hands are United: “Reach Out and Be a Good Neighbor”.
